The Bullet Proof Scratch Hamsters consist of group members DJ Quest, Eddie Def, & DJ Cue. The 3 member crew represents from the San Francisco Bay Area. Starting out together in 1991, the crew has been an influential part of the DJ movement from doing small parties to large concerts
The crew has released albums across most genres of Hip-Hop, Electro, Funk, Jazz, Punk, and Breakbeat. The release of "Hamster Breaks Vol. 1" helped put the group on the map of the newly growing DJ scene in the early 90's. Since then the crew has released mixtapes/cds, breakbeat albums, EP's, and full length albums consistently. Members have traveled across the U.S. and Canada as well as Europe, Asia, and Australia to perform.

Each member has worked on different projects with other groups and artists. Some of the artists and groups include Z-Man, Luke Sick, Live Human, Drum Machine Technicians, DJ Disk, DJ Flare, and El Stew. In addition to album releases the group has also been featured in DJ documentaries such as "Scratch" and "Battle Sounds".
